The residence policy adopted by the Regents of the University of California is
available on the UC Office of the President's website. A copy of these regulations is also available for inspection at the University Registrar's office.
Changes may be made in the residence requirements between the
publication of this statement and the relevant residence determination date.
Any student, following a final decision on residence
classification by the UCI Residence Officer, may appeal in writing to the
Residency Analyst within 30 days of notification of the UCI Residence Officer's
final decision.
