It is important that your contact information be kept up to date. You may make changes to your:
- Local address and phone number
- Permanent address and phone number
- Next of kin address, phone number, and email address
- Release to public settings
- Publish in directory settings
- Text-enabled cell phone number for zotALERT
Current Students
If you are a current student, you may update your contact information on file with UCI by logging into StudentAccess with your UCInetID and password.
New Students
To make changes to your contact information prior to the Thursday of the second week of instruction, newly admitted undergraduate students must update their information through the UC Application directly. Please allow 3-5 business days for the information to be updated in your UCI record. New graduate students can make change by completing this form with Graduate Division.
Former Students
If you are a former student and unable to access StudentAccess, you may make changes to your contact information by visiting or submitting a written and signed request to the Registrar's Office.
Continuing Education and Concurrent Enrollment Students
If you took courses through the UCI Division of Continuing Education or the Concurrent Enrollment program, you must contact them directly to make changes to your contact information.
NOTE: The campus directory is updated nightly by OIT. Therefore, changes
made through StudentAccess will be reflected the following day.
